📦 Factory-Sealed Product Disclaimer

Minor tears, scuffs, or seam separations in the shrink wrap of factory-sealed products are considered normal and do not qualify for compensation. All products are sourced directly from official Canadian distributors.

Orders typically ship within 7 business days after purchase. We strive to ensure timely delivery!

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For added security, we recommend selecting the Signature Express shipping option.

Expedited shipping is available (Signature option available).
FREE shipping on orders of $300+ (before tax & shipping) within Canada & the U.S.

🛡️ Fraud Prevention & Seller Protection

To ensure secure transactions, we may verify your name, address, and phone number with the issuing bank.
Credit/debit cards issued outside Canada & the U.S. are not accepted.
First-time buyers making large purchases may require additional verification.
High-value orders may require Signature on Delivery or In-Store Pickup for added security.

🌍 International Orders

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. The customer assumes full responsibility for all costs and compliance related to customs clearance and import regulations.

U.S. Orders:

Effective August 29th, de minimis will be eliminated for all shipments imported into the U.S., regardless of origin country or shipment value. All shipments will need to go through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. For goods eligible for reduced duty under CUSMA/USMCA, the appropriate documentation must accompany the shipment—regardless of value—in order to qualify for preferential treatment.

Bang Bang Games is not responsible for covering any duties, taxes, or customs-related fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient in order to receive their package.

If a shipment is refused and returned to us, any applicable return shipping fees, duties, or taxes will be deducted from your refund—including original shipping costs.

📦 General Shipping Policy

If a package is refused or returned to sender at the customer's request:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any "free shipping" offers (the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)

⚠️ Order Cancellations & Policy Updates

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
